(5/7/2007) «I wanted badly this trophy» Dimos Dikoudis is happy for the win in Euroleague's final four and feels that he did the right thing last summer when he signed for Panathinaikos. «It's true, I wanted badly this trophy. I play many years in Euroleague and Panathinaikos is my fourth team. I feel very happy for having chosen to come to Panathinaikos last summer. I had the chance to win together with my teammates the Euroleague. This trophy is extremely valuable, because we won it in our home court with our fans giving us big boost. The fact that we played in OAKA gave many of our fans the cahnce to celebrate with us». Dimos agreed with Obradovic saying that more trophies are yet to come the next years: «This team has great potential. It plays wonderful basketball and mr. Obradovic is absolutely right when he says that we're going to win more trophies. This team has great future as long as we stay healthy and together. Madrid is far beyond us yet. What I promise to our fans is that the team will be as strong as it is this season and will defend next season the trophy that won in OAKA».
